“Dr. Ildiko Fossey completed a Health Sciences degree at Brock University and a Doctorate in Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. She has extensive training in diagnosing and managing eye diseases, focusing on emergency care. Dr. Ildiko Fossey is a member of several optometry associations, is certified in optometry by Canadian and U.S. boards, and is licensed in New York. She received the Niagara Catholic District School Board Distinguished Alumni Award in 2013 and enjoys working with children, welcoming infants, toddlers, and children to her practice in Niagara. Dr. Ildiko Fossey is fluent in English and Hungarian and can conduct eye examinations in Spanish. She is also working on improving her conversational French. My family has been going to Niagara Vision for glasses/contacts for a few years now and always have been impressed with the friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Fossey has assembled a wonderful team who make customer service a priority! Was just in there this morning to look into a glasses repair and Claudia, Amber and Kelly were so cheerful and helpful that I felt I had to share a review!

Dr. Fossey and her staff were amazing for both our young children. Very, very thorough, kind and patient. Office is clean and bright when walking in, front desk staff was kind and helpful. We then proceeded to get glasses with Amber, who was beyond patient and helpful. 10/10 experience with young children, highly recommend!

Always a great experience visiting Niagara Vision! Dr. Fossey and her staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They take their time in guiding you through the process of getting the right prescription in a thoughtful way helping you get the results you want. Very grateful to be under Dr. Fossey's care!

These girls are amazing!! They are all so very pleasant and helpful. I am probably the biggest pain in the butt patient/ customer but they really are there to make your experience the best it can be and find glasses that best suit you and your comfort. I highly recommend, not just for purchasing eyewear but also, the thorough eye exams I have never experienced anywhere else!! Dr. Capogna is really wonderful and very thorough. Jessica and Lina are absolutely amazing when it comes to making sure you’re comfortable and all the staff goes above and beyond and they have definitely made this the most positive experience I could have asked for! I am happy I have finally found my place!

Just had my first appointment at Eye Wellness. As someone that is dealing with vision loss, I was beyond impressed with the clinic and the entire staff. Dr. Capogna is so well versed in her field and goes above and beyond at providing valuable education about eye health. She is thoughtful, kind and does not rush you through your appointment. The support staff is also lovely and makes you feel welcome. Such a positive experience. Thank you so much Dr. Capogna and team!!!

The staff at Eye Wellness are amazing. They have seen both my children and my husband + I. The comfort they provide, the care, and patience from all members of the team is so appreciated. My children were nervous about going but they made her nerves disappear and they developed a trust. They are so quick to book an appointment for us, we have not waited more than 2 days for an appointment. Our previous doctor we had to wait 3-4 MONTHS for an appointment. Thank you so much to the team at Eye Wellness.

I always look forward to my eye appointments with Dr. Merritt. He is a compassionate, caring and a gentle doctor/person. His eye examinations are thorough and explains to you his next action and reason behind a specific text he is conducting. The staff are always polite and welcoming.

Very thorough with my eye care, Dr.Merritt talks you through the full exam, answeres any questions you may have. The girls at desk very professional. Although, I did find their price for new glasses a bit high, but you have lots to choose from. Great optometrist!

Dr Merritt was great with the exam and explaining everything to me and the staff was amazing from the minute they set up my appointment for my eye exam right up to picking up my glasses thank you so much
