“Dr. Ildiko Fossey completed a Health Sciences degree at Brock University and a Doctorate in Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. She has extensive training in diagnosing and managing eye diseases, focusing on emergency care. Dr. Fossey is a member of several optometry associations, is certified in optometry by Canadian and U.S. boards, and is licensed in New York. She received the Niagara Catholic District School Board Distinguished Alumni Award in 2013 and enjoys working with children, welcoming infants, toddlers, and children to her practice in Niagara. Dr. Fossey is fluent in English and Hungarian and can conduct eye examinations in Spanish. She is also working on improving her conversational French. Currently, she practices at Niagara Vision.
