I recently purchased my first pair of glasses in 10 years from Niagara Vision. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. After shopping around for several weeks I went into Niagara vision. The girls who work in the office were extremely helpful, patient, and were able to give me informed advice based on my prescription. They were able to help me choose something that worked for my prescription, but also something very fashionable that I loved. I am extremely happy with the quality of the glasses and lenses I received. They have a huge selection compared with other offices, and offer many brands that I could not find elsewhere! All in all, amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff, and super high quality.

Recently a friend of mine from out of town had some eye irritation that was very uncomfortable and causing her some pain. I phoned Niagara Vision and they saw my friend that morning and corrected the problem. The relief was instant and she was so grateful. The staff were amazing - thank you all for such a great experience.

If I could score 6 stars out of 5 I would in a heartbeat! I have waited 40yrs of eye correction to find such a welcoming, friendly, informative, technically experienced and inspiring staff. The quality of the glasses and follow up services are beyond perfection.

I visited Eye Wellness for an eye exam and all the staffs were amazing. Dr. Beckers took the time to examine my eyes, answered all my questions, and provided advices to take care of my eyes. Once I was done with my eye exam, I was brought to an optician, Jessica who helped me figured out what lenses to order. Jessica also took the time to answer all of my questions, and went out of her way to put nose pads for my glasses! Such an amazing staff and I highly recommend this place.

I've recently moved to Niagara Falls and needed a new eye clinic. I found Eye Welness on Google and was impressed with what I read. Made an appointment and wasn't disappointed at all. Great staff, awesome doctor! Everything was explained to me and all of my questions answered. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Eye Wellness exude professionalism. From the moment you walk in, you feel connected, like a friend. They are kind, mindful and informed. They've helped me choose eyewear (patiently, while trying multiple styles), and kept me up to date on my contacts. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

They really know how to treat their customers. I love it, I've been coming to this location for about 10 years now. Its the place I go because I usually like higher quality products AND service.... Today I came by with no scheduled appointment and they fixed my Gucci frames I purchased with them previously.

I have been going to the vision clinic for about 6 years, always a great experience. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses and Asha was very helpful in both guiding me with what fit my face as well as what style looked best. From the start to picking them up Asha was very supportive and professional 5 Stars.
