Dr. Tatzel was amazing! She has a great personality and she gave my mother years more of life by taking a chance on a woman in her 80's. Thank you Dr. Tatzel and all medical professionals who work in a very judgmental world. I wish people respected doctors as much as they seem to respect and love celebrities and sports players who make way more money. People's expectations are often out of line with reality. Dr. Tatzel will always be remembered by my family for what she did for my Mum. We have nothing but good things to say about her as a human being and as an amazing surgeon!.

Dr. Tatzel not only saved my life with her knowledge and skill as an expertise surgeon as I was diagnosed with kidney cancer, but her compassion, care and love for me comforted me through this journey. Her general concern for my well being has and continues to be a priority! No one wants to hear that they have cancer and when she let me know, I could feel her compassion and love for me. She and also the tumor and as of right now I am cancer free. I would highly recommend her not only for her expertise wisdom and knowledge as a surgeon, but also as a kind, caring doctor.

Dr. Tatzel is the best! Saved my life with Stage 4 prostate cancer. There is no doubt... she is tough but she is also the only Doctor who was straight up with me and would take me on. Nobody else wanted to touch me because of my advanced cancer.... she stepped up, saved my life and i am cancer free because of her.

I was very fortunate to have seen Dr. Dion 20 some years ago when she was in her 4th year of residency with Dr. Welk. I was given an estrogen cream from my Gyn. I read the paperwork inside the box. It specifically said if you have lupus do not use. Not only did I bring this to the attention of my Gyn, Family doctor and Urologist who are all male doctors and said that it was fine to take. I showed it to Dr. Dion. She said to me" I'll be back!" Not only did she return with an answer, she called the pharmaceutical company and was told, a person with lupus should NOT take this medication. Then I mentioned that I had to go to the emergency for 12 hours for a bladder infection. Dr. Dion said "No one should have to do that, especially if you have lupus!"She wrote a script that I have used for the past 20 some years, without any problems. Now my family doctor wants to change it. I have many medication allergies. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Dion and how she helped me.

Dr. Song is truly a caring person. When bladder tumours were suspected from an ultra sound I was seen immediately and scheduled for removal immediately. BCG follow-up treatments were completed. Dr. Song was always on time and made me so comfortable. I was declared 8 years free this recently, I owe my life to Dr. Song Throughout this time I always received professional and compassionate care.

Dr. Song is amazing. He caught a glimpse on an x-ray of a possible bladder tumor, confirmed it with a systoscopy one day and removed the tumor the next day. The follow up has been fantastic and I could not have wished for better professionalism or care. Thanks Dr. Song! You saved my life.

Saw Dr Song at welland clinic. A Dr so kind and wonderful bedside manner. Very professional. Feel very blessed to have him as my urologist.
