Dr. Yu is an exceptional doctor. She is very thorough, confident, and experienced. What I appreciate about Dr. Yu is that she puts her patients first. She presents treatment options that are in the best interests of her patients, not her pocket book. I travel over 2 hours to her office and it’s worth it. I strongly recommend Dr. Yu.

I’ve seen Dr Yu before when I had my contact lenses stuck and she was very patient and took her time to safely remove it. She just helped my daughter with her eye infection and safely removed a lot of eye lashes. She was even able to fit in a quick eye exam at the same time. I highly recommend Dr Yu.

Dr. Jennifer Yu is a nice and kind lady. We have been with her almost 20 years. She always care her patients.

My whole family have been going to FYI Doctors in Richmond for many years now. The location is easy to get to and there is lots of parking underground. Everyone who works here is wonderful, they are nice, welcoming and professional. Whether you're an adult or a child, the eye exam is very thorough and the process of selecting and fitting for glasses or contacts is easy and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from. I recently had some eye issues and they saw me fairly quickly, with the prescribe eye drops, everything has cleared up and I feel so much better now.

Highly recommend! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. During my last visit it was my full check up and it was less than an hour - so quick! They make the uncomfortable parts seems easy. If you're thinking of switching eye doctors or need somewhere to go - go here!.

Having been going to them for over 30 years - New location is great for me - very happy service and quality of eye exams - Dr Amirli is the best.

I got great service at Richmond Centre Optometry. I came with my 75-year-old uncle, who had not had his eyes examined for many years. The appointment started on time, and was very thorough, and my uncle will find reading much easier with his new reading glasses.

A pleasant experience. The office was clean, I didn’t have to wait, and the people who tested my eyes were friendly and professional, explained all the procedures, and answered all my questions.

Eye exams usually last 10-15 minutes. This one was about 35 - 40 minutes. It was conducted very thorough and professional. Will go for my eye exams here from now on and would highly recommend to others!.
