Dr Joanne Chan accepted an emergency appointment for me very close to the holidays when I called the office in a panic because of Floaters I suddenly began experiencing. She was calm, professional, very friendly and very thorough. She was efficient with our time together and she made me feel very comfortable during my panic stages! Aside from the floaters, she even quickly isolated and diagnosed something on my eye that other practitioners have seen for years but required me to go in for multiple specialist visits not even to yield any information. But Dr. Joanne Chan was able to see this variation on my eye, tell me what it was, and informed me it was nothing to worry about- all on my first visit.

Visited this optometry clinic for the first time ever and was blown away by my exceptionally positive experience there. Dr. Joanne Chan is such a positive and personable doctor while demonstrating her professionalism and knowledge, she's able to crack a joke and entertain a conversation as well. Hands down the best eye doctor and clinic experience I've ever had. I have definitely made the switch to this clinic, it's by far the best in Richmond. I would highly reccomend this doctor to anyone who values their eye care and is not 100% satisfied with their current care, Dr. Chan will go above and beyond for you.

This team is the best. Kieran helped me and my sister pick out sunglasses - our first pair from here. He was patient, kind, and let us try on basically everything in the store with genuine enthusiasm. My sister and I both have struggled with our self esteem for most of our lives, and he made us feel so excited to be there. He brought his coworkers over to hype us up and help us decide which pairs to take home. The whole team was welcoming and genuine and there was no sense that they were trying to upsell us or push particular products to us - they wanted us to feel and look our best, and we did. Highly recommend for prescription or non prescription eyewear, sunglasses or not. Love this family owned and operated business - support them when you can.

Wonderful selection of eyewear, Knowledgeable and friendly staff, optometrist on site. Incredible customer service from all staff members! Bought sunglasses from Kieran and was so grateful for the follow up customer service, when I damaged the product. Staff went above and beyond to solve the issue. Highly recommend this fantastic store.
