DR. BALARAJU KATTA REVIEWS

Dr Katta has treated me as an outpatient for 2.5 years. I suffer from anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Dr Katta is a warm, gentle, caring man who has been instrumental in helping me through some very dark times, including suicidal ideation. He also has helped me to wean off of opiates and benzos with remarkably little side effects (after long-term usage). He is always professional and perceptive--easily able to identify key issues that I am often unaware of. He always makes sure to leave me with some kind of action plan to alleviate my suffering. I would highly recommend him as a psychiatrist.

I am at a loss for words for how to describe Dr. katta. I am most fortunate to be under his guidance and care. With a multitude of patients he has, he still treats each one with utmost care and sensitivity, you’re never just a number or a statistic to him.

This guy is the king. I've had him at psych ward and he def knows how to treat the patients right. I wish he was my regular psychiatrist

DR. HEATHER DONALDSON REVIEWS

Dr Donaldson is very knowledgable. She is also very kind and cares about the patients. She will go out of her way to accommodate the patient or call them after hours as needed. She does not provide counselling itself, but will diagnose you and refer you for counselling within the dept or elsewhere. She is very knowledgable about medication and pays close attention to its impact on the patient, adjusting as needed. With doctors having such busy schedules (since we don't have enough doctors), it is very meaningful to experience doctors who really show caring about the patient.

Dr. Heather truly cares from experience, she listens and goes out of her way to make sure you feel better.. I have been with her for over 10 years and won’t see another psychiatrist. She makes me feel safe and that’s enough for me to say she’s the best, I have had other experiences with other doctors and wouldn’t change her ..

I could cry, this woman saved me from myself. Her demeanour is comforting and upbeat and that really helped me. She listened to me, she heard me. Man I can’t even type this because I’m going to get emotional. I don’t know where life will take me but Dr Donaldson gave me all the tools I needed and now it’s up to me what I do with them.
