Dr. Jasmine Ghotra, BSc, OD - PRECIOUS EYES

Went to Precious Eyes for the first time on Saturday. I was very impressed! The girls that work there were all very helpful and friendly. Particularly Isha! (not sure how to spell her name). Isha walked through everything with me and patiently explained all of my options with lenses. She gave me honest input on frames that worked for me, and explained why (my pupils sit at the right spot, the frame edges meet my temples etc). Great customer service! Dr. Jasmine Ghotra went through all of my results, explained what everything meant and told me what she is looking for to ensure my eyes are healthy or if there are any issues. I’ve never had a more thorough experience with an optometrist clinic. I will definitely be back! I’m at very excited to pick up the 2 pairs of glasses I ordered too!

Dr. Gothra is a great person, she is a real professional optometrist who was willing to spend her time and was patient when we visited her today for an eye exam as well as getting a new pair of glasses. She is very knowledgeable and caring she explained everything in great details. She has dedicated staff; they were kind and helpful. I will absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a great optometrist.

The eye exam was expected. I appreciated Dr. Ghotra answering all my questions about my eyes and explaining the processes. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
