I am midway treatment and can't say enough about the excellent care provided by Dr's Floreani, O'toole and Dool. As a adult patient I value the step by step explanation at each appointment. My time is valuable the team makes sure that appointments run on time. My hygienists, Carla and Chantelle are great. I would highly recommend treatment with this team.

I've been going here for about a year for my appointments. They are always professional and give me the information about work they are doing. I have never had any problem with changing my appointments due to work, which I appreciate.

I have been given a life time opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Floreani's team. It was nothing but a rain storm today and I travel by foot, the team was kind enough to gift me with an umbrella! I love the friendliness environment here, it truly has been a pleasure to be here.

I have just completed my two year long treatment and I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. O'Toole was so kind, professional, and great at listening to my concerns and explaining everything. The hygienists and ladies at the front were equally as amazing. I did not have a single bad experience during my treatment. They were also very accommodating, getting me in quick when I needed a wire clipped or elastics changed because I stained them! If you are looking to have orthodontic work done, I highly recommend you visit the Straight Smile Team.

Above and beyond service !!! Took my 12 year old non verbal autistic son and they made us feel so comfortable . They were exceptionally gentle , beautiful office , amazing staff. What could have been a stressful event for him turned out to be the best day he’s had all week. A million thank you’s!!!! Cannot recommend enough.

This dental clinic is honestly great! I do not like going to the dentist as I’ve had bad experiences in the past and this place makes you feel comfortable and the hygienist chatted with me a bit while I waited for the freezing to work which really helps my anxiety with going there.
