My name is Warren McFadden and I had the greatest opportunity to meet with and receive treatment under Dr Suzanne Popham. Dr Popham is an incredibly knowledgeable professional who helped me turn my life around. It wasn't easy as I wasn't someone that trusted easily and never let anyone in. Dr Popham was different, she created an environment that put me at ease and allowed me to, after several sessions, allowed me to take a chance and open up. At the time I was not someone who was used to being challenged, however Dr Popham did exactly that, she challenged me, called me on my nonsense and helped me take a real good look at myself and my beliefs. She helped guide me through alot of distorted beliefs that I once clung to, she supported me and helped me challenge them and create new more helpful and pro-social beliefs. In the end I left our counseling sessions a different person, a person with a real desire to be and do better. I have had struggles throughout my journey yet I have never stopped or strayed from my desire to be and do better. Today I am 60 years old and happy, I have a life that I am comfortable with and proud of, I'm a proud father and grandfather, I have a freedom unlike anything I've ever known. Where I am and how I got here would not have been possible without the the wisdom and guidance of Dr Popham, and yes,my own desire.
