Excellent customer service! I was worried I spotted a termite in my home and was very anxious. Emma responded to me kindly and promptly and helped me confirm it was an earwig and let me know it could be a sign of moisture so I should run the bathroom fan or a dehumidifier. I Will definitely return to Orkin if I need help in the future (though I hope I won’t have occasion for it haha)!

I reached out to Orkin for a spider and ant issue that we have been experiencing. The staff that answered was helpful and very friendly. In a few days, Nicholas the tech, arrived. He was professional, polite and explain what was about to happen and things to watch out for in the future. Great experience.
