Josh was our technician and he was absolutely incredible. Really thoroughly explained the process that would need to happen to get rid of our bed bugs and mice in our rental unit. On top of that he went above and beyond by capturing 3 live mice with his hands, it was incredible to watch. Overall he seemed like a pro and we were super impressed with his service.
