Wow. What a great experience!!!!. I rarely do reviews but this man and the front desk lady followed suit......I wish I could get everything here from groceries to coffee because id love to have that kind of interaction everyday with anything I needed lol. The owner made,what felt like was going to be an awful consult for an awful experience to such a personal yet professional consult. I left feeling loved lol. Switching my pharmacy for everything to here. Thank you.

First time picking up a prescription and you could feel the friendliness and positivity radiating from behind the pharmacy counter. Vinay and his staff were all so cheerful. As I was waiting for an in-store dosage, each person was greeted on a first-name basis even before their information was pulled up in the computer system. Hands down is the most well-ran pharmacy in the city.

We are so happy with the service we get at Dawson Heights Pharmacy. All the staff are always so friendly. This will always be our pharmacy of choice.

I have been going to this pharmacy since the day it opened. The staff there are phenomenal especially, Jason, Tanya and Austin. As soon as you walk in the door you feel comfortable with the atmosphere. If you are having a bad day, as soon as you walk in they make you feel better.They take the time explaining information about your prescriptions. They are very kind, always smiling, but first and foremost they are very knowledgeable as well as very professional.

I can't say enough about how terrific this pharmacy is. Time after time they have gone above and beyond for us. If you're tired of being treated like trash by other Thunder Bay pharmacies. Give IDA a try. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Friendly staff and great service...plus the dispensing fee is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Well, all I can say is the pharmacists are fantastic, I mean out of the blue my meds are delivered to me with having to call, it just blew me away. I will never regret having them on my care team.

Went to the store to get my photos printed for my passport renewal,The cashier Ms Mariza was really helpful,she went above and beyond to get my services done.

I come here every Wed get my script always polite n knowleagble usually never have to wait n love the pharmacy staff . Love how the store is clean .
