Walk-in online booking appointment was excellent, service from practitioner was fast, and very kind Healthcare done well.

I've been to Ridgeway clinic 2 times now and the service is awesome! the staff are very Friendly and helpful, the wait time is not very long. Thank you for the great service you provide.

Got here a bit early for my appt and the staff was so friendly made it an easy process to get signed in for my medicals usually I’m nervous going to the doctors but the whole team was very comforting and welcoming.

Needed a physician to complete a government medical form. Visited the walk-in clinic… very friendly, well organized and professional. Wait time was reasonable and Dr Nucci was fantastic …. I was dreading the process but very happy with the outcome. Staff actually seemed to like each other. Good luck with the borscht cook off.

Excellent doctor's & staff! They will treat you the way you treat them!! Be nice & they will be nice back!! Patience is the key.

She is very good and caring. She was able to get the referral for my mom that we needed. Her accent is a little heavy but she is willing to speak slower and repeat herself. She is very patient but also very efficient.

Be prepared to wait as with any medical office in this city, but it was a very pleasant experience for me. Appointment was short sweet and to the point, receptionist was kind and pleasant on the phone. They seem to be moving as quickly as they can (with care) to help as many people as possible. Strongly recommend.

Went to this clinic today for a walk in for the first time after moving to Thunder Bay. My first impressions walking in was how clean and comfortable this clinic is as well as how kind the receptionist was. I was assisted by doctor Bradley Jacobson, he was very understanding and right to the point and no time wasted. The service was amazing, very fast in and out with very kind staff. :) great clinic

By far the best walk in clinic I have been to! Receptionist and doctor were both excellent. There were 7 people ahead of me and I was still in an out in 30 minutes. Thank you Boreal.
