Georgina Mellas finished from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Georgina has extensive post-graduate training in areas such as acupuncture, myofascial release techniques, manual therapy including joint mobilizations and tissue manipulation, mechanical diagnosis and therapy and exercise prescription. Shawn Grant graduated from Lakehead University with an honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. Shawan finished a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University. Shawn is a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the Ontario Physiotherapist Association and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, as well as a member of the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Shawn also volunteers numerous hours to Thunder Bay Minor Hockey to help in the prevention of hockey-related injury. Shawn has gained immense knowledge about biomechanics, exercise physiology, exercises prescription, athletic training and manual therapy. Kylie Knudsen graduated from the Honour’s Bachelor of Kinesiology program at Lakehead University. She finished her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Kylie is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has completed her Advanced 1 Ballet Exam in the Cecchetti Method.
