3 Best Sleep Clinics in Thunder Bay, ON

First time I have ever been to a sleep clinic. There was about 10 patients in line, and after checking in, which was very smooth, the wait for the sleep clinic technician/doctor was fairly quick. He was very thorough and professional, and explained everything in detail on how the process worked. The bed was comfortable, but I didn't sleep much, as the wires were very uncomfortable to sleep with. I managed to get about 2 hours of sleep, and that was it. The staff I dealt with were very pleasant, and the environment was very clean and professional.

I got in relatively quick and easily, staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Facility was clean and instructions clear. With all the wires hooked up, it took me maybe an extra 10 minutes to fall asleep.

After a recent illness, my mother-in-law required supplemental oxygen to leave the hospital and continue her recovery at home. This unfortunately occurred on Friday of a long holiday weekend. If this couldn't be accomplished, she would have to spend an additional three days away from her family. Ryan with Medigas truly went above and beyond in every way to make this happen. After conducting a thorough evaluation to determine exactly what she would need, he navigated the system to provide her with not only the equipment, but the knowledge and information necessary to facilitate her recovery, and peace of mind away from the hospital. Rob brought out all the needed equipment and thoroughly explained the use and operation to the family. Once discharged, she had everything she needed waiting on her when she arrived home. During Ryan's follow-up visit four days later, he was not only efficient and professional, but just simply showed a level of compassion that is sadly lacking these days. It's difficult to find the words to fully articulate our gratitude to both Ryan and all the crew at Medigas for just the incredible quality of service provided. My mother-in-law even called Ryan her "angel".

Thank you to Medigas all my oxygen needs are taken care of. It was a scary experience to know I needed oxygen and they made the appointment to determine my O2 needs very easy and then, once determined I needed home O2 they had it in my home the very next day! They always are available 24 hours a day and are ready to answer my questions or get me supplies. I'm so impressed with every one I have met there. I want to thank you for such a great job. I wouldn't trust my life to anyone else. Oh and hands down to the after hours staff they are always there to take my order at night because I forget during the day and always so kind. Much appreciated! Thanks really!

If there were more than 5 star I would rate the service we received especially from Mark. He is the bed doctor! Allen was most informative and helpful as well when we were in the need of a hospital bed and we were in a crisis situation. I cannot find the words to describe the compassion shown by Mark to ensure my husband would be comfortable and reduce my stress level. Thanks so much to the Medigas team.
