Blake Goehring gained his Kinesiology diploma and transferred to the University of Alberta to finish his bachelor of physical education. He obtained his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and then moved back to Red Deer to pursue a career as a physiotherapist. He has also been a part-time instructor in the Occupational and Physical therapy assistant program (OPTA) for the past five years. He has also been certified in Functional Dry Needling (FDN) and is on the Physiotherapy Alberta roster for dry needling (also called IMS). He strongly believes that active and passive therapies are necessary for the complete resolution and prevention of injuries. He has a passion for treating all levels of athletes. He is practicing as a physiotherapist at Stride Physiotherapy. They provide manual hands-on therapy, including myofascial release, joint mobilization, and manipulation. They offer appointment facilities to their patients.
