I recently joined Breathing Room (5 months or so now) and I must say, it has completely transformed my approach to fitness and well-being. Madeline, Brent, Mariesa, Andy & Alana, have been absolutely amazing. Their dedication, expertise, energy, and outgoing personalities make every session something to look forward to. I'm also gradually getting to know the other instructors, and their energy is just infectious; it's clear they all share a passion for what they do. They all put in 100%. Amanda, thanks for being so amazing! The studio itself is always welcoming, creating an environment where you feel supported and motivated from the moment you walk in. The instructors' 'no pressure' attitude makes every session feel refreshing and empowering, encouraging personal growth at your own pace. For once in my life, I don’t dread going to workout anymore. Instead, I find myself excited about the experience and the positive vibes at Breathing Room. It's more than just a place to exercise; it's a community where you're encouraged to grow both physically and mentally. Hands down, a five-star experience. Highly - HIGHLY - recommend.

I joined The Breathing Room last fall and I wish I would have done it sooner! I never would have thought that I would love spin and yoga so much. The instructors and staff are so amazing and every time I go, it makes my day better. Krista and Bonnee have created such a welcoming, non judgmental, stress free environment. I purchased an annual membership to Breathing Room at a silent auction and am now in month 4. I absolutely love the spin and yoga classes making it something I look forward to in my days! The staff are very welcoming and it is truly a stress and pressure free environment to be yourself in whatever capacity you choose and are able.

YOGANATION REVIEWS

Lovely supportive and welcoming atmosphere! I’ve tried a few yoga places and sticking with this one. Coaches are so different and everyone is great in their own style, lots of challenges to participate, heated yoga is a must try! When I don’t have an opportunity to visit studio - there is always online option available, I’ve personally found it very convenient for my schedule. There’s also mat storage available if you purchase a membership, or 2$ for mat rental if you forgot yours at home.

This place is a sanctuary within the busy world! The staff is so welcoming and everyone who goes here is beyond friendly. They work really hard to make everyone feel safe and comfortable during classes as well as have fun! Couldn’t recommend YogaNation enough!!.

Amazing place, such an inviting space and instructors do a great job whether you are beginner or at mastery level!.
