I have an older house with real old pipes so problems naturally happen. Had a very large blockage on parts of my main drain. Eric was quick, efficient and honest with me. Got me a quote quick and even when complications came up worked though it fast and warrantied his work done. Have been a repeat customer with Mr router in the past and will continue to be.

The Service Technician Gordon H. from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Kitchener did a great job fixing my kitchen sink today. He was very polite, clean, and professional. I'd definitely have him do plumbing work again.

Eric Neigh was the technician who attended my issue..came on time..did the job of replacing the pump ..very professional and did the job pretty efficiently...well recommended!!
