Gordan was our service person for a recent plumbing job. it was a little more complex than we thought at first. In fact, on 2 separate occasions Gordan actually had to leave our house to get more materials to ensure that the job was done right and professionally. He did this and clearly, time was not an issue for him as he really wanted to ensure that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. We have used Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs for years and we do have the Protection Plan. We will continue to use them moving forward. Gordan, sincere thanks for all of your help!
