David is amazing! He first consulted with us over the phone about our problem and gave us great guidance about how we should best prepare before his arrival. Then on the day he was scheduled to visit, he pro-actively called to tell us he was having difficulty finding parking and might be a little late - no problem. We had a clogged kitchen sink. Our technician David was very professional and did a wonderful job. He was able to resolve the issue with the help of his supervisor. He explained to us what he was doing and never showed any signs of rushing. He had to use a bigger and longer auger to clear the clog after trying a smaller one. The clog seemed to be further down the line. I would recommend Pioneer to friends.
