Amazing customer service!! Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all things pools & hot tub related. Bring them a water sample and they will provide you will clear instructions on what your next steps should be to treat your pool or hot tub. They only sell you what you need. Cant say enough good things about this team!

Had our pool installed couple years back now. Have found the on site service and the in store counter staff to all be consistently knowledgeable and extremely helpful and thorough in how to take care of our pool. Stress level for me none. Would recommend Backyard Resorts to anyone.

Used them to open my pool once and had a positive experience. Have recently been bringing water here for quality testing and adjustments and am finding myself cleaning my pool less, and able to just enjoy the crystal clear water. Staff have been very friendly and helpful every visit. Recommend!
