Our experience with Valley Pools was outstanding. We purchased a high quality spa at a fantastic price. There were some issues regarding our electrical capabilities and they went the extra mile to get us the spa that fit our needs perfectly. From the sales to the technician, their knowledge and help was exceptional. The delivery team was incredibly efficient and so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend. The lady working at the front was very nice and helped me out. They were able to get my hot tub issue fixed asap, the gentleman showed up first thing in the morning and didn't leave until the problem was resolved. Thanks again for preventing my hottub from freezing.
