Dr. Le Luan

Dr Le has been my Dr since shortly after he took over the Saint John Office. Plus he took on quite a few new patient. My Wife and in laws all got a new Dr when our old one left. Yes He is bust., and some times you have to wait, But he is also taking calls regarding his patients that are in the hospital. Never has he rushed us through. I've had him call me several times about issues that he felt could not wait. Because of his caring I am still alive. He got mt through a very hard time when I was suicidal. He doesn't just hand out Opioids like they are candy. So if your using them, only expect a months worth. .He's not a drug dealer. Staff is always perky and friendly. I think most of the bad reviews are from people that are demanding and grouchy. You disrespect him or his staff I'm sure he will get you out of his office as quick as he can. He would listen to my mother in law after her husband passed and talk to her about it. No Dr can give everyone the time they would like to. They are over worked. Be glad you have a DR. So many in this province would love to have your spot.

I have been going to see Dr. Le for approximately 13 years, in that 13 years he has become like a close family friend. He took on my husband, and my in-laws as patient's. He has always been caring and empathetic with my family. The wait time I feel is pretty normal, but may feel long because people are used to having everything happen "right now". He's always respected my family and sent us for any tests we need, specialists we need to see for whatever health concern we had. When my father in law's both passed away, he even came to their funerals to give his condolences even though we had just seen him for our appointment the day before the funeral. For us, he has gone above and beyond with his compassion and empathy. I hope to have him for many many many more years.

Dr Le is a great doctor well informed and takes his patients seriously. Would recommend him to any one and when he tells you something he is usually not wrong great staff at StMartins NB.

Great doctor, I worked in the Health field for 30 years, I have seen and talked to many Doctors which were in different fields. He is second to no one I have dealt with. For those who complain give him up and go to a clinic and then let us know how you make out. Be glad you have a Doctor in the first place because many many do not. - KK
