Next Door manages a duplex for me, they found two outstanding tenants and took care of all showings and vetting. They advised me every step of the way and directly take care of any maintenance issues possible reducing the cost of maintaining the property. They're quick in relaying info and dealing with issues and I've heard good feedback from tenants as well. They are very knowledgeable of the rental market as well as properties and renovations and materials in general. Don't hesitate to deal with them I couldn't be more satisfied.
