It was a pleasure for my husband and me to work with Jake Prescott again. We worked with Jake 5 years ago when we were looking for a house to buy. This time, we were selling! I had only lived in the Ottawa area for a couple years when I was interested to speak to a realtor, so I wasn’t sure where to start. Using only a Google search, I contacted three real estate firms and Glenn at Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd was the first to reach out to me. He immediately scheduled a phone call and really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. At this point I wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent or buy, and he didn’t try to “sell” me on anything. The initial phone call was a full 45-minute conversation and I could tell he genuinely had my best interest in mind (even if that meant not hiring a realtor!). The next day he set up both a rental and purchasing search with the criteria I had discussed with him. After some deliberation on my end, I decided I wanted to buy a condo, and Glenn was very quick to set up showings. I was a first-time home buyer and he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I ended up purchasing my condo for under the asking price and with the closing date that I wanted. Even after closing, Glenn took the time to check in on me. I would highly recommend Glenn!
