I have used them myself for my personal purchases and sales and I even send the complicated ones over to them (sorry) just because I can rest assured in their competency and knowledge knowing they'll get the job done. They have never let me down and they're always willing to explain the most complex legal matters dealing with titles, assignments, POAs for signing, super fast completions, they've done my will, etc. Juanita is a rockstar conveyancer and Liam and Russel are so knowledgeable and informative. They will be getting my business for years to come.
