“Grant-Harvey Centre features a 1,500-seat NHL-sized ice surface and a 560-seat, fully accessible Olympic-sized ice surface, along with ten large dressing rooms. The centre is part of Scotiabank Park South, a community recreation hub with an artificial turf field, indoor tennis courts, a dog park, and a dirt jump bike skill park for BMX free-ride cyclists. Grant-Harvey Centre also offers two community rooms, an event hosting room, and special events. The centre provides various recreational activities and programs, including a boardroom-style meeting room. Visitors can enjoy an approximately 1 km indoor track for walking or running.

2025 Update: The Epsilon Y's Men Club operates two fully licensed canteens, each offering various community room setups to accommodate different needs. Each room can hold up to 40 people in a theater-style arrangement with rows of chairs, 30 people at round tables (seating eight per table), and 30 people with rows of tables. There is a configuration for 30 people in a boardroom or U-shaped setup. On the second floor, Conference Room 202 provides a more intimate setting, accommodating 15 people around a boardroom table, complete with a TV screen for presentations or discussions.”

The centre features several facilities, including the Bernard-Poirier Theatre, which has 410 seats, an art gallery, and two gymnasiums. The atmosphere is close-knit and offers unwavering support. The surroundings are pleasant, with spacious and tidy lecture rooms along with friendly staff. Centre Communautaire Sainte-Anne provides various spaces suitable for meetings, conferences, parties, workshops, courses, physical activities, and performances at the Bernard-Poirier Theatre. These spaces can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 400 people. The CCSA is accessible to wheelchair users. For events, the CCSA offers catering and bar services, with a varied selection of beverages, including alcoholic options, available to interested customers.”

GRANT HARVEY CENTRE REVIEWS

We are new to the area and are VERY impressed with what this facility has to offer! They have sports fields, rinks, swimming pools and running tracks; which I am looking forward to using the running track when the snow starts to fly! Canteen is now open on weekends, as hockey season is picking up. The main reason we found ourselves here is because they also have a dog park at the other end of the parking lot, which we guess to be a former baseball diamond!

My mom and I love to come here and use the walking track. The place is on the cooler side (as it is a rink), which is usually nice because you never get too hot walking or running, just layer up! Others that use the walking track are friendly. Have never had a problem with theft or with anyone wile walking or running.

Nice spot to go watch some puck. Very clean and organized, they have a canteen right in the lobby with quick service and good food. 2 indoor arenas with lots of seating and many different changing rooms to accommodate the players.

I had recently called the my local YMCA here in Fredricton and I talked to a nice young gentleman named Kalevi. We talked for about 20 minutes and he helped me find what plan I needed for myself and my family to help us get active and back in shape. He was so polite, he was very smart and knew what he was talking about, and overall he seemed like he really loved what he was doing and loved helping other people get in shape. I had a great experience dealing with your welcome desk. I think every YMCA should hire more people like kalevi!

Very accommodating staff, excellent facilities as well as decent scheduling. Some instructors are extremely competent and some are not. Pick your activities and seek out those that most fit your needs and your experience will be great. Highly recommended.

Bought a membership this year,love the hours. Equipment is in great working order. The facility is spotless at all times. I just love going to the YMCA to workout. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Great venue to showcase a broad range of local talents. Have been to a few events held here always very clean and accommodating. Parking can be a challenge so recommend people walk or carpool.

I was here for 10 days while volunteering with the floods. Staff were very personable, extremely clean building and lovely rooms, including an art gallery. Lots of parking and multiple entrances.

Wonderful place for French people. There's a great library full of francophone literature and more!
