“Millennium Place is one of the largest recreation centres in Strathcona County. The centre has undergone several renovations and now includes a modernized workout facility, an aquatics centre with a wave pool, multiple ice surfaces, gymnasiums, and spacious playing areas for children and youth since its construction in 2000. The centre features a gym, a rink, a play area, multiple pool areas for all ages, a Second Cup, and a fast-food joint. The rink is large and pleasant, as is the gym, which is also large and equipped with various equipment. The centre offers facilities for kids and teens, babysitting services, a workout facility, an indoor track, ice rinks, a pool for swimming laps, an indoor pool with waves for kids, and a lazy river.”
