We had Melissa for our wedding in July for set up and take down and she did a fabulous job. Her attention to detail was great! She was on time and didn't leave until I arrived the morning of to see how it all looked. We didn't have to touch a thing! It was stress free, communication was great and would highly recommend them to other brides. A couple of our items were damaged when the items were being taken down and put into our trailer, but other than that, it was good!

RB events were hired to decorate and flip the space at my wedding. When I say they blew my mind I am not exaggerating. Nicole was fabulous. We had 2 meetings and she got my drift perfectly. I dropped my decor at her place and she showed up and set everything up perfectly. I can’t say enough about how beautiful everything was.

These gals! Professional, punctual, polite and passionate about what they do. It was a pleasure working with them this summer. A company doing it better than most. Book them!

We hired Emma after seeing her do a few of our close friends weddings. From building the timeline, to coordinating with all vendors, to keeping all people in the wedding party in order, the day and night went absolutely seamlessly (at least to our knowledge!!) It allowed the groom and I to truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single thing. We also hired her to set up our reception venue and we walked into a beautifully decorated place!!! Our parents commented on how awesome and helpful she was for them as well!! I will recommend Ivy weddings to any future brides and hopefully she will have them chanting ‘Emma Emma’ from the limo too

We had Emma as our wedding coordinator and she was truly AMAZING! She created our timeline, connected with all of our vendors ahead of the wedding, checked in with us multiple times, ran our rehearsal, and was there to make everything run smoothly on the wedding day. We can’t say enough good things about her as a person and as a wedding coordinator! Our friends and family were so impressed by how organized she was. And on top of that, she was so fun and fit right in with our wedding party. We really could not have had our day go as great as it did without her!!

I can’t say enough good things about Emma and how she runs Ivy Weddings! I have had the privilege of being a bridesmaid in three weddings Emma has coordinated- as a maid of honour I dealt with Emma to work out fine kinks and make sure the day ran as soon as possible for the bride! Emma’s attention to detail and confidence in her services made the day perfect for taking the load off the bride and ensuring everything was literally perfect. If you dream it emma can make it happen. If I could give Ivy Weddings 5+++ stars I would! Incredible person and even better wedding coordinator. Hire this girl.

I have experience in planning events, but there are so many aspects to planning a wedding and so many uncertainties that it can quickly become very overwhelming. Hevin and her team at SW&E took care of us completely from the moment we met right up until even after our wedding. For every question or concern we had, Hevin addressed them immediately with so much patience with us and enthusiasm for our wedding that kept us excited. Hevin and her team are so well organized. We relied on her so much for everything imaginable including her recommendations for wedding decor, wedding timelines, wedding vendors and even wedding style. She handled the correspondence and coordination between the vendors and any problems that arose, all behind the scenes. Hevin and her team were so incredibly helpful and organized throughout our wedding preparations.
