Memar Architects helped guide us through a challenging project. We desired to sever the back 1/3 of two lots in order to form a 3rd lot. Though the City of TO is in desperate need of additional housing the process of developing additional sites for building is complex and challenging. Memar (specifically Mercedeh, Lucy and team) guided us through a long process of planning the severance, obtaining approval from the Building and Zoning Departments, Committee of Adjustment, Urban Forestry, neighbours. They were knowledgeable, skilled and very patient. There is now a house being built on what was a large backyard.
