Our instructor was Sahil Patel, he taught us every single thing and answered our questions in very polite way. I just liked his communication skills, the way he used his gestures to teach everything in practical way. He taught us in a simplified way that anyone would be able to catch up things. And yes, they ordered Samosa for everyone as well. Kind nature they will help you in everything.

I would like to commend security officer D. Swapan who has done a great job for me. When I came back on the night of Feb 4, I found a white SUV parking at my designated spot. I was so frustrated and went to report this incident to the security desk. The officer (name not to be disclosed) could not find out who the owner of that vehicle was. I then asked for a visitor parking permit and left my car outside the building. On the night of Feb 5, I found out that SUV was still parked at my spot even though I left a note to the owner on the windshield the previous night. This time I was very upset as I could not tell how long I had to wait. I reported the same incident to the above security officer. He explained to me that I could call my own tow truck company to tow away that unauthorized vehicle. Meanwhile, he asked me to meet with the midnight officer as she is responsible for the vehicles tagging. After 10 minutes had passed, I got a call from the security desk. S/O Swapan told me that he was able to locate the owner somehow. The owner of that SUV was asked to remove the vehicle so I could park my car back to my spot. S/O Swapan could have done nothing after I reported this incident to him. He could have relaxed until his shift was done at midnight. But he took an extra step to search and find out the owner and released my frustration and concern at last. Although this seems a tiny job to many people, his positive attitude is sure a great asset to Condor Security as well as the management of Arthouse Condos. He sure deserves this commendation. Good job and great work!
As 2020 a challenging year comes to an end....wanted to take this time to appreciate Varneet (Vinny) for her amazing help at the west village. Personally, I actually feel that you have the best concierge/receptionist that anyone could ever get for their office because the very manner in which Varneet(Vinny) always deal with us and other tenants is really very very commendable. Thank you more and more for being such an amazing concierge/receptionist.
At my condo, the concierge services are provided by Condor Security. I have always had a pleasant experience dealing with the personnel at the front. They are courteous, very helpful and responsive. Professional service and customer service are a high priority for these individuals and much appreciated as a resident.
