JOB WELL DONE!!! We hired Richard after meeting a few wells know architects in Mississauga and Oakville. He is not cheap :)) but you know you will have Richard desiging your house rather than someone in the office. We provided Richard with our budget, our life style, what we need and what have in our minds. After the interview, he came up with the concept design. He builds a 3 D model that we could walk in and see what we like or don't like. From there he made changes to his concept build to suit our needs. Each step of the way he made sure we are happy and got what we we're looking for also he educated us in a lot of things. Getting a building permit is NOT an easy task thank you to Richard he satisfied City with all technical answers. Our house has started we are happy that we made good choice by having Richard designed our house. Thanks
