3 Best Rheumatologists in Edmonton, AB

I was referred to Dr Akbar when my rheumatoid arthritis was at at its worst. Nothing was working for me , was almost like a vegetable. All my joints were affected with the exception of backbone and neck and was unable to move even. She became an angel for me and under her kind and compassionate care and treatment , within few months I saw the improvement and in 5 to 6 months , she succeeded in getting my disease under co trol. Thank to Allah and her , I am as fit as I can be. May Allah keep her under His special blessings so that she keeps on healing the people.

I have been seeing Dr. Akbar for over a year and she is absolutely wonderful! ???? I highly recommend her as a Rheumatologist! She is friendly, thorough and thoughtful and very professional. I feel very fortunate to have found her after moving back to Alberta!

Dr. Akbar is a very good doctor and has helped me a lot. I had a lot of joint pain and after I visited Dr. Akbar she helped me give good treatment. And now I feel a lot better.

Dr. Keeling is amazing. She is so friendly, personable. kind and patient. She has always been attentive and takes time to answer any questions I may have. I also find that she makes absolutely sure that all my questions and concerns are addressed and that I have understood everything. As for all of her staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Again, personable , friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. This includes the physiotherapists, occupational therapists , nurses and Dr. Keeling's assistant. As for those who provided some pretty negative comments, we are all human and not perfect. As patients, it's no picnic, but there always has to be some give and take. We too need to be understanding and helpful where we can and then maybe we can all work together in harmony a lot better. There is always room for improvement for all of us. Sometimes we have to look in the mirror and see what we can do to help a situation. In the meantime, as far as I am concerned, biggest thumbs up for Dr. Keeling and her team!!!!!Thanks so much!

I Think 5 star is less it should be 10 stars , one of the best Specialist in RA in Canada or I think North America , I was in severe pain but I prayed to get a good Dr to understand what I am going through , And my prays we answered and Dr Stephanie helped with my RA pain and it subsided. Thanks Dr you are a miracle worker that the lord has used her to help me.

Amazing doctor. Thoughtful, informative. Treatments literally changed my life. Not the typical push a script and out the door.
