I required a roof hole/vent for the installation of a bathroom ceiling fan. I called two other companies who said they would do it then never responded for over a month. I wish had I called Imperial first, they gave me a clear deadline when they could come out and followed up promptly as soon as a staff was available. Jamie did a great job and will gladly use Imperial in the future for any of my roofing needs.

I was thoroughly impressed by Imperial Roofing. The men and the lady were amazing - quick, proficient, professional and cared about their work. They also did an amazing clean up job afterwards. Wouldn't have even known they were there (except for the beautiful new roof). I would not hesitate to recommend Imperial Roofing to any of my friends or family. Imperial Roofing well exceeded my high expectations and had every little detail covered. It's nice to see a company take such pride in providing great customer service.
