Your Roof Specialist

We had our roof spring a leak during a recent major rainstorm. James from Your Roof Specialist came out to take a look. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. He determined that it was a likely a minor issue that could be fixed with some sealant, so he did not charge us for the visit. He will be happy to return if the leak happens again, and although we are hoping we won't need him, we'll be sure to call him if we need roof help in the future.

James fixed a small pop in our roof shingles and was both nice and professional. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and did an excellent job with the repair. The best part was that he did it for free since it was only a small issue. We are extremely satisfied with his service and will definitely be using his expertise for any future roofing needs. Highly recommended!

James and his team were a pleasure to work with. He never tried to oversell us and he gave us all the information needed to make a well-informed decision. He's polite, professional, and friendly. The roof is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better installation. My only tip is to not get in a long reply chain to the email system from his website. Be sure to start new emails to him directly from time-to-time to ensure he sees the replies in a timely manner.
