The food was amazing I always spring for the veggie sub six And with spinach and guacamole and all the fixings. Amazing fresh bread and a very fast, efficient team on the line that night.

Went in last night for dinner and was impressed. The two ladies working did a very good job making the subs. One of the first times ever that i haven't had to ask for more of what i just asked for, due to the staff acting like a few more ingredients is coming out of their pay. Keep up the good work!

Picked up a foot-long for a friend who was working, she said is was a life saver! Best she ever had she said.

I stopped by randomly on a hot afternoon and asked if I could get a London Fog iced instead of hot. The owner gladly said that she could do that. While I like my London Fog to have a bit of a stronger tea flavour, this was still good. I also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie that was part of the display of many goods.

I have been coming here on and off for the past few years and the lady running it has always been friendly and the prices are reasonable. The food is fantastic and made to order, and the coffees and tea are always made with care. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The place has good natural light and interesting art on the walls. 10/10 would recommend

The best sandwiches and wraps. Dine in, take out, or delivered to you by Skip. Originated 9 years ago, the bistro has been under new ownership for the past 3 years. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Priced just right. Stop in for happy hour daily to purchase a 12-oz coffee for $2.50. I recommend this quick little lunch or breakfast stop for some tasty food.

My mom and I popped in here this morning for a breakfast sandwich and a London Fog each. One of the best Fogs I have ever had and the sandwich was beyond delicious, not greasy. The employees were quite wonderful which made our experience here, even better. The location feels tucked away from the downtown core which is nice even though you are right in downtown Victoria. We will both be back, for sure.

This place is a hidden gem, I tried the “Big Mac Drip” which is basically a multi-layer breakfast sandwich divided by 3 Eggo waffles. Coming with a side of syrup. If you are a fan of combining sweet and savoury you’ll love this sandwich. Their extensive food and drink menu featuring many original creations, is sure to have everything you’re craving and more. I’ll definitely Become a regular at Rise and Grind Cafe.
