Panera Bread

Had such a positive and lovely experience at Panera in Kingston yesterday. The manager respectfully and regrettably informed us the system down and not accessible. We were offered to wait in the dining area which we accepted. The manager (Sue Ann?) kept us in the loop while apologizing for any inconveniences, offered us a free cookie, and was friendly and open during what could only have been a stressful time for her. Eventually everyone realized we could order online for rapid pickup which we took advantage of. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, all in all a 10/10 experience!

I've came to this location twice, and both times I've been served by Sue Ann. She has had excellent customer service! Extremely friendly, informative, helpful, and attentive! 100% Sue Ann is the reason my friends and I keep coming back!!

First time eating here and it was really good. Average price. I especially liked how they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready so you arent waiting in a huge pick up line.
