We've been using Airdrie Alarm and Surveillance since they opened for business 16 years ago for my business location and our primary residence and our resort property. The quality of customer service has always been exceptional, and their service technicians Lucas and Ben are the best in their business. Any technical issues with programming have been remedied in very short order. Over the years, we've replaced older equipment with newer upgraded hardware and never a problem with installation or programming. Even when I upgrade to new android phones, Lucas is a master at programming the new phones to access all security cameras. The owner, Devin, has assembled the most amazing team of professionals in the industry. They are my go-to guys, and if you're smart, they should be yours as well. We couldn't be happier.
