I visited VitalAire on three occasions in regards to a Cpap machine and my sleep apnea. This last visit I met with a nice lady who seemed very happy to help me. I think her name was Katie. She really took her time to help me with all of my questions and seeing me up with my new machine. She me make sense of the costs and how they are there to help me even after the purchase is complete. I was really on the fence about buying the machine because they are expensive and times are tough. But Katie really took her time to answer all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. She really went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. Purchased the machine and am very happy I did. Thank you very much for all of the time you spent with me today and making sure this was such a positive experience for me.

Fantastic customer service. Professionals who actually care about you even though they work in sales; I love the lady at the front desk too.

We decide to go to Tamara and her staff after seeing the 5 star reviews. And they are a BIG 5 for sure. From the time we made the appointment, to meeting Tamara and getting the machine, the process was smooth and very educating. When I asked Tamara for a sheet of paper to make notes on how to maintain the unit she handed me a piece of paper that had my answers already completed (my own cheat sheet). She knows her business and how to TREAT people. No fluff and stuff. Talks to the customer in layman's terms. Looking forward to having her take care of my wife. Best of Luck.

Tamara and her staff are top notch! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I am glad that I chose InspiAIR Peterborough. This is something that I should have looked into years ago, but as most stubborn men did not. My wife actually calls my CPAP machine the "Marriage Saver" LOL Thanks again for all your help.

I was unhappy with the provider I had been dealing with in Lindsay, and switched to Medigas years ago. My work has moved me around a bit so over the years I have dealt with Lindsay, Cobourg, and most recently Peterborough. I have always received great care from knowledgeable staff.
