EWYN WEIGHT LOSS STUDIOS PETERBOROUGH REVIEWS

I have been on a few other weightloss programs but nothing that has compared to Ewyn. I am eating real food and I don't have to deprive myself of entire food groups which are not allowed with the other programs. I find this program enjoyable and look forward to the different combinations of food that I am now making for myself. The coaches are all amazingly wonderful and kind during every visit. They are very supportive as well. I always leave smiling and knowing that even on the hardest days they are always there to cheer me on and motivate me in my journey forward. Ewyn is not just a weightloss program it's a family and I feel this way every time I am there. I find support not just from the coaches but the other members as well. I couldn't have made it this far without all of you.

When it comes to losing weight the struggle is real! I have tried for decades to move the scale with minimal success. Although I'm at the beginning of my journey, I can see a big difference already. The plan works. The coaches are super helpful, the products are tasty and the support and accountability are what I need that I could not get anywhere else. Thanks EWYN.

Walking into a meeting is like walking into a room full of strangers that know exactly what you are going through. Everybody is in the same boat, everybody is sharing their story, and you draw a lot of inspiration from other people. I was inspired by two members when I began my journey and they lost a significant amount of weight, and just seeing their results and hearing their story it really made me feel like I could do it too. I had a lot of weight to lose and it seemed really daunting in the beginning, so seeing people who had done it and hearing their story really encouraged me and I think that’s what really kept me going throughout my journey.

You can eat anything on the program, that’s what’s so great about it, but I do center my menus generally around lean protein, fruits, and vegetables. I eat a lot of fish, chicken, leafy greens – that’s pretty much my go-to.
