I switched to East City Pharmacy just over a year ago after trying several others in town (Shoppers, Rexall, Sullivan's). I have not once regretted this decision. The pharmacist/owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. Not only does she call to let us know when our prescriptions are ready, but she also anticipates refill requests and takes the time to go over instructions for new prescriptions in a clear and careful manner. Her care and attention to detail are unparalleled, as is her reliability. She is the best!.

I’ve used Shoppers Drug Mart as my pharmacy for years but recently switched to East City Pharmacy and could not be happier. No more long waits in line or dealing with annoying phone systems when I need a refill! The pharmacist is so lovely and easy to talk to if I have questions about my meds. The store is always very clean and organized, and they do Purolator return for Amazon, which is really convenient. Overall, highly recommend.

I transferred all my prescriptions here several months ago and am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service. Recieved both my flu shot and covid booster here.

Always great service. Been a loyal customer for 40 years. The people at Northcrest Pharmasave really care about their customers. We are treated like family.

They are awesome, they even got me a family doctor after 6 years waiting.
