Meilleure expérience . Le personnel est super compétant . Je faisais affaire avec une autre clinique avant et j’étais incapable de prendre mon traitement . Après 8 mois d’essai …rien a faire . J’ai été a cette clinique et en moins de 1 ou 2 min elle a trouvé l’erreur . Je suis super reconnaissante . J'adore leurs services . Je recommande fortement cette clinique . Merci beaucoup a cette belle équipe.

Tres bon service. Ils sont la en permanence pour nous donner des conseils et aider à régler les situations. Il est facile d’avoir des rwndez-vous rapidement.

J'ai adoré mon expérience à la Clef du Sommeil. Les gens sont professionnels et compétents et ils offrent d'excellents produits. En plus, le suivi après l'achat est excellent.

Excellente prise en charge depuis le début. J'ai personnellement plus rencontré Josée et j'ai énormément apprécié. Super patiente, prends le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et dissiper mes craintes. Super accessible via courriel. Pendant les 3 mois d'essais des masques, j'ai dû en essayer 5 et jamais ça n'a été un problème. Les prix m'ont semblé être très comparables avec la compétition. Je vous recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. J'ai pris la machine ResMed 11, super facile à utiliser, Josée peut facilement modifier certains paramètres à distance. Les employées ont accès à un pneumologue sur place et donnent suite rapidement à des ajustements nécessaires.

Enfin, j'ai retrouvé ma vie d'avant: énergie, motivation, bonne humeur, productivité maximum au travail! Je fête mes 3 semaines de traitement aujourd'hui, et je sais que les bénéfices complets sont encore à venir. Le sommeil c'est primordial, et il faut se faire traiter au besoin! Chez Somnos à St-Jean, j'ai été accueilli à la fois avec bonne humeur et avec considération pour ma détresse. Je n'en pouvais plus de vivre sans bien dormir. Josée a su me rassurer et m'accompagner avec le traitement. Son suivi, ainsi que le fait de pouvoir lui parler au besoin facilement, a rendu cette expérience aussi simple et "normale" que possible. Un GROS merci!

Service incroyable ! Madame Josée Parenteau, infirmière auxiliaire, a offert un service exceptionnel. Elle a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer chaque étape du fonctionnement de ma machine avec patience et clarté. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance m’ont vraiment mis en confiance.
