Yogis of all levels are invited to come and enjoy their large studio, which includes a modern reception, three yoga rooms, a yoga accessory shop, a healthy café, and a relaxation area. Infrared helps to promote blood circulation within your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The studio is 3,500 square feet and features three yoga rooms: Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna, each named after the three main energy channels in traditional Indian medicine. The Ida Room is the largest, with high ceilings and ceiling windows that enhance their practice and is often used for special events. The Pingala Room is cosy and warm, with large curtains and subdued lighting, perfect for relaxation or intense sessions. The Sushumna Room is the most intimate, accommodating 8 to 12 people, and is used for private, prenatal, meditation, and children’s yoga classes.
