I had the most amazing experience yesterday at this beautiful spa. I spent the entire afternoon there with the most genuine, delightful and talented, Olga. I have had many manicures and pedicures over my years but never have I come away feeling as pampered or as perfectly satisfied with the end result. I also treated myself, for the first time ever, to a facial, specifically "The Essential Facial". Having never had one before, I did not know what to expect. Well, my face hasn't felt as light and smooth as it does now at any other time in my life that I can remember! And wow! talk about relaxing lol!! Olga is magical and I WILL be back to soak that experience in again. I encourage all who read this to treat yourself to the services this calm, serene, clean day spa offers. You will walk in feeling welcomed and you will walk out feeling beautiful and as if you've just spent your time with dear friends. You will not be able to wait for your next visit ;-) Oh and lash and brow tints may be generally considered a routine and boring necessity but partnering it with the facial as Olga did for me gave my final look that perfect finishing touch!

I can't say enough good things about Water Roots Spa. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and their expertise in skincare is evident from the results I've seen. Their facials are truly exceptional. Not only do they provide top-notch service, but the ambiance of the spa itself is so calming and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Cindy and her team to anyone looking for effective skincare solutions in a serene environment.

I absolutely love this quaint spa! Each time I visit the owner Cindy and all the staff are welcoming and so knowledgeable. Cindy is a Godsend when it comes to skincare because she literally saved my skin... I would highly recommend any of their facial treatments. The apothecary products are all locally made and are so luxurious. I can't wait to visit again!

I just had the most incredible Sculptural Face Lifting Massage with Rose and I’m absolutely glowing inside and out. From the moment it began, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The massage itself was both deeply relaxing and surprisingly rejuvenating, like my face had a full-body workout and a spa day all in one. Every movement was intentional, sculpting and lifting with such care and precision. The products used were a dream, so refreshing, lightweight, and beautifully fragrant without being overpowering. I couldn’t stop breathing them in. My skin feels soft, lifted, and radiant. I honestly feel like I’ve just returned from a peaceful retreat. Found Rose online searching and had my boyfriend book the full package, only ro have my mom booked the following week!. PHENOMENALLY PHENOMENAL. Super professional and kind, it is literally the perfect spot to find some self care time for yourself and your loved ones. From the most welcoming smile to the kindest voices, Rose and Ana are just AMAZING! My new go to place! I'll be coming for my birthday and the 45 minute drive makes it TOTALLY worth it! Trust me, you don't want to miss out on this one.

I just had the most amazing experience today by Rose. The Sculptural Face Lifting treatment was incredible. I have suffered from a tight and sore jaw for last few years and this treatment has helped to relieve stress and relax my jaw, while at the same time giving my face a beautiful hydration and glowing massage. Rose is amazing and takes her time. Her passion and energy is something everyone should experience. This treatment is a must do. I’m looking forward to my next one.
