I have been going to the Downtown Spa and Relaxation Centre for some Reflexology treatments over the past couple of months. I love the friendly atmosphere from the time I walk in the door until I'm on my way home. Dori always makes me feel welcome and Shalah, my reflexologist, is always so attentive to all of my needs. I am an older person with arthritis etc and they even arranged the bed in a special way to help me to be comfortable during my treatments. I highly recomment the Downtown Spa and Relaxation Centre because they really live up to their name.
My mother and I had appointments recently (it had been a few years due to the pandemic and me moving from town) but it seems like yesterday when you walk in and are welcomed like family. Dorri and her team are as amazing as always and the spa looks beautiful.
My first time ever having a facial! It was a wonderful experience. Emilia explained each step and answered all of my questions. Thank you Dorri! I will definitely be back. I am hooked.
