We had a lovely and funny server and there’s lots of inside and outside/shaded seating. The menu is changing as of today so many old favourites are gone like the frozen cosmo (frozen aperol spritz now) and the chili chicken among many others. the vegan/plant based menu will remain the same for now. i love cactus club and this is one of the many locations i love although there are no views like at english bay.
I went and enjoyed a dinner with my partner and was so thrilled with the service and atmosphere this restaurant has to offer. The bar manager/ bartender Nick was awesome! Seriously such a great place. 10/10 recommend.
Hands down our new favorite restaurant!! The food, service, and dessert were absolutely flawless. Nick was a phenomenal server and was the best person to serve us for our anniversary! Highly recommend the chicken, fajitas, and the lava cake!

A hearty meal and quite tasty. They always have at least 4 kinds of meat to choose from and at least 3 sides. You can choose mashed potatoes, cheese pierogies, mixed vegetables and sometimes beef stew as your sides. Meats include sausages, teriyaki meatballs, ham, Salisbury steak, chicken, lamb shanks, and others (it depends on the day). I always have perogies and sausages and it's very filling and sometimes I have the teriyaki meatballs and mashed potatoes. You can eat in the quay at a number of locations, even outdoors on the patio.
WOW, ate there today. It was so good snd huge serving. Had the BBQ pork, veggies and coleslaw. My friend had the same except he had mash potatoes. Wish I lived closer, would go allbthe time. 5 stars for sure.
Probably the best food you’ll find here. Very fresh, well prepared. Best value for money. We tried the honey glazed chicken breast and the jerk pork. Both great and tasty. Not too salty, not too spicy. Recommended.

I have been wanting to try this place ever since I moved to Vancouver, and today is the day I tried it. If you love breakfast, then this is the place for you! The food was great despite the long wait. I would recommend you order the mixed grill if you have a huge appetite. It's so worth it for the price. Fun Fact: The restaurant was established in 1926, making them the oldest restaurant in Vancouver!
One of our favourite restaurants to visit when we visit North Van. Usually we have breakfast (which is always amazing) but arrived at supper time. I had the turkey dinner ( yes- amazing) and lovey had the lasagna which he really enjoyed. We usually get pie to go, as their pies are legendary, but finished off with the fresh strawberry pie … best I’ve ever had. Thank you for the great service as well.
Went for breakfast on Sunday. Got there at 850am and a few people were in line already. You won't be seated until your entire party arrives so be sure to have everyone arrive on time. Come here hungry as portions were huge. Mixed grill came on a massive plate. Service was courteous and atmosphere was fun.
