Firestone Restaurant & Bar

It is not often that a restaurant completely wows me but this polished, casual restaurant in Lethbridge really took my dining experience to the next level! Upon arrival, you are greeted with sleek and sophisticated decor and fixtures. The food was wonderful and well-presented, from the "Firestone" branding on my burger bun to the mini deep fryer container for my daughter's fries! Everything is done with purpose to elevate the presentation! The service was exceptional! It's not often a server brings you refills upon seeing your empty glass anymore! They also feature a selection of fine desserts. From beginning to end, our server made our family brunch very enjoyable and fun!

Food was very good but service was a little slow. My beef tenderloins were a little overcooked but the potatoes were very good. Wife’s prime rib dinner was excellent. Lots of good desserts to choose from. Will be back for sure next time I’m in town.

Staying at the Coast Hotel in Lethbridge, this restaurant is attached to the hotel, but is a separate business. Had breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food was great, service was quick and friendly. I had the classic breakfast. The price was reasonable at $14.50, but coffee and juice were expensive pushing up the overall cost of the meal. Otherwise a good breakfast.
