From the moment I stepped in, Opal and Danielle provided nothing short of immaculate customer service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Moreover, the storage unit itself was remarkably clean and organized. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their customers. The ease of access and security measures in place further added to the peace of mind. Overall, my experience at Ultrastor Caledon was exceptional, thanks in large part to Opal and Danielle's dedication to providing top-notch service. Audrey and Lovepreet made our 1st time experience absolutely lovely. Audrey was very patient and thorough by goin through all the fine print and concerns we had. Lovepreet was friendly and a breath of fresh air to deal with He drove us in the gator ro iur storage location and that was fun! felt like we were on a safari. My son enjoyed it! Property is clean and spacious. I had a security concern but was assured that additional measures are currently underway to rectify. looking forward to a lovely experience at Access Storage.

The experience was very smooth with the team very prompt and answering the questions in time. Friendly staff. Explained everything. Was referred to it by our friend. i will recommend it anytime.

Bonnie was great . Presented all the options and was very personable and informative. The facility was clean and well lit.

Clean grounds, staff is more than helpful for anything you need. I was informed that during ice storms and when everything melts, my unit has leaked a bit of water in the past. I said that's okay and they've given me supplies to ensure my items in the unit will not be ruined by it.

JC Mini Storage provides us with a great storage and parking solutions for our business. The staff is super-friendly and their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
