We care very much about safety and proper healing and chose to go with Staci because of strong recommendations from across the Lower Mainland (Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby). All staff at Geronimo are friendly and helpful. Staci was kind and careful when she pierced the ears of our child. We felt safe because she explained everything and answered all questions. She responded right away weeks later, when we had concerns about the healing. Recently, with travel on the horizon, Staci gave us some important advice on the timing of piercings and healing. Her focus is on safety, not about getting business. We really appreciate this and will be back when we're ready.

Staci quickly and painlessly reopened my earlobe piercings after nearly 20 years of not wearing earrings. I thought I’d have to get my ears re-pierced but Staci immediately knew that wasn’t necessary. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and I’m so grateful for Staci’s calming demeanour and expertise. If I can ever convince my younger sister to get her ears pierced, I’ll definitely bring her here!

Amazing, amazing place and I cannot describe how much I appreciate Staci. Today I showed her my nose which I pierced outside of Canada and she helped immensely and helped me change the jewellery and she didn’t charge me anything! She is a wonderful woman, her manners and her service and the way she talks is so welcoming and engaging to make anyone comfortable.Definitely recommend this place always for piercing! I couldn't get my left earring in after 3 years of not wearing earrings because I was not socializing during the covid endemic. I was impressed by the up-beat atmosphere, the professionalism, and the technical expertise. She put my earings back in, gave me some tips on techinques to use when I have trouble inserting them, and sent me on my way in a very timely fashion.
