Saw Sana for my 2023 taxes, which were pretty complicated, and she was quick and professional. I understand more than your average person about finances and taxes, and I could see she was very knowledgeable. She even helped me make decisions for that year that were tax efficient over multiple years, instead of just maximizing my 2023 return. It gets better. Another HR block screwed up a T1 adjustment I had done for 2021 and 2022. They charged me 400 dollars, and completely botched my adjustments. After my experience with Sana, I emailed her and she spent considerable time figuring out what the mistake was, filed another adjustment to remedy the situation for free, and got me a significant chunk of the fees I paid to HR block refunded. I’ll be seeing her again for all my tax needs moving forward. Thank you Sana.

At first I was a little annoyed that the website was not updated with proper open hours. But once I called and listened to the long message of reduced days and times of open made it a lot less irritating. I went in had not been there in 2 years. I just had to update my previous info they had on file. The receptionist brought up my info with Canada Revenue while I filled out the update form and she had my taxes already half completed when I was done. She said have a seat I can do your taxes now in person and the rest only took 10 mins. They are an awesome team always have been quick efficient and answer all questions clearly. I will continue to go to H&R on Shaughnessy in Port Coquitlam every year.
